Orange turmeric juice is delicious and healthy – one of my favorite drinks in the morning!
I love adding exotic spices to my juices, and turmeric is a wonderful addition. Turmeric offers a long list of health benefits such as helping infections of the digestive tract, improves liver detoxification, prevention of cancer and may help reduce cholesterol levels. All these benefits are due to its high anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. This spice is also used for pain in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Oranges is packed with fiber, vitamin C, thiamin, folate and antioxidants.
I do have a juice machine, but when making this I just do it manually. When adding the turmeric I use a mini electronic hand wisp to mix it well together before adding ice cubes.

- Fresh oranges
- Good quality ground turmeric (I prefer organic)
- Some ice cubes
- Make orange juice
- Add some turmeric and mix well
- Add ice cubes
- You can make the orange juice manually, or use a juice machine
- When adding the turmeric be sure to mix well. (I normally use a handheld milk-frother.)
