Liven up your plate with this sunny bowl – salmon, mango, avocado, chili and more! Salmon makes it so hearty and delicious, the juicy mango adds some sweetness, and the sesame seeds some crunch! I just love this vibrant dish. Very easy and quick to prepare – and the taste is delicious!
Salmon mango salad
Fresh, spicy, sweet and sour. Love this salmon salad with a great tangy soya-based dressing!
- 450 grams salmon filet, loin, sliced
- 1 handful sesame seeds
- 1 heart salad, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 chilipepper, red, sliced
- 3 green scallions (or spring onion), sliced
- 2 lime, the juice
- 4 tablespoons soyasauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
*Add some passion fruit as well if you love passion fruit like me!
Slice the ingredients and enjoy! I love having the sauce/dressing in a small bowl. (And I always use chopsticks, dipping the food in the sauce!)
- Sesame seeds: Fry the sesame seeds for about 1 minute, or until golden
